The Parent Associations (PAs) and Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) of UA Gateway are school-based organizations open to all parents/guardians of children attending UA Gateway. The PA/PTA work together to build the present the voice of Gateway parents and make decisions that directly impact student achievement and overall happiness in the learning environment.
The SLT is a team consisting of all major stakeholders in teh school community. The SLT makes school-based educational policies, and ensure that resources are aligned to implement those policies. SLTs assist in the evaluation and assessment of a school’s educational programs and their effects on student achievement. The UA Gateway SLT meet monthly on Tuesdays.
Parent engagement is critical to our children’s success. As a school we are committed building our relationships with our families and introducing various options for community engagement. We are asking for each family to commit one hour of community services for the school year. There are a variety of ways you can volunteer. See below:Sign up or Make a Suggestion
